3 WAYS TO OVERCOME FEAR OF FAILURE.

In life, we face many failures during our school, college and professional time.Some failures become motivation that help us to grow or make a path to reach our goal where some failures become fearful that scared us to give up on our dream or goal or make us believe that our dream or goal is not meant for us.This FEAR breaks our inner-self and make our life miserable which turns out to become REGRET which stay with us entire life.To achieve your goal, to enjoy your life, use your failures as motivation and not to live with REGRET with rest of your life, I will tell you how to do it.


Here are 3 ways to overcome your FEAR:


1. LISTEN SONG: When you faced failure when doing something for your dream or goal, you feel frustrated, angry, fear and feeling of GIVE UP. At that time don't react just leave everything and listen song for sometime. While listening song you will become CALM and COMPOSED and after that you will realized why it is failed, whats the reason behind it, you will analysis the reason of failure. When you know about it, you are again ready to try again it with fresh mind with calmness and excitement for doing for your goal. JUST TRY IT YOU WILL OVERCOME YOUR FEAR.

2. TALK with friends or close-one or family: When you faced failure your mind is not in stable state. IT is scared for failure and you are frightened for trying again and you think to give up. At that time, just talk with your friend or your family or close-one, they will help you to overcome your FEAR and motivates you do try over and over again for your dream or goal and NOT TO GIVE UP.



3.TALK WITH YOURSELF: When you demotivated after facing failure while trying to reach your dream or goal and feels fear to not to try again it and thinking about giving up, just ask yourself this is your limit. You know while pursuing your goal you will encounter many failures, you will let down by it and you will be scared but it will never stop you to reaching your goal. You will take them all as your motivation to make closer gap between you and your goal. You will endure it until you achieved your goal. Just believe in yourself that you will do it even there is harder time.


So, when you encounter failure while achieving your goal just smile it and take it as motivation as it will make closer gap between YOU and YOUR GOAL.
